• How much does shipping cost within Canada?

Standard Expedited Shipping (3-8 Business Days) - Free on orders over $150, $14.50 for orders under.

Priority Shipping (1-3 Business Days) - $25

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing on all orders.

• What if I am shipping to the USA or Internationally?

If you're shopping within the United States, or another International location, please head over to www.londrebodywear.com to see updated pricing in USD as well as proper shipping timelines! All orders ship duty free within Canada and the US.

• Where does my order ship from?

All Canadian orders will ship from our warehouse in Vancouver, British Columbia.

EASY RETURNS

• Can I return sale items?

All regular-priced items are eligible for a full refund, exchange or store credit. Additionally, sale items can be exchanged to help ensure you find your perfect fit, whether that be a size or style exchange. Please note that if an item is marked as Final Sale, those items are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Can I return a Mystery Bundle?

Mystery Bundles are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• How long do I have to make a return?

We offer easy returns through our return portal for regular-priced or exchange items in unworn condition, with tags attached. Once your return is submitted, you’ll receive a USPS return label by email. For exchanges, we cover the cost of the return postage and to ship you your new size or style. For refunds, a flat return postage fee of $15 will be deducted. Please note that all original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• What condition does my return need to be in?

Your package must include all original packaging materials. We do not accept returns that have any body lotion, deodorant or markings of any kind. If the tags, liner or any part of the suit has been tampered with or damaged, we reserve the right to decline your return.
