• How much does shipping cost within the US?

Standard - 7 - 9 Business Days - Free for orders over $150

Priority - 4 - 5 Business Days - $36.00

Please allow one business day for processing

*Shipping for orders under $150, flat rate: $13

International Orders 5 -10 days - Free for orders over $175

• What if I am shipping to Canada?

For the smoothest checkout experience, we recommend shopping on our Canadian store at londrebodywear.ca. This helps you avoid currency conversion surprises and ensures pricing is displayed in CAD.

• Where does my order ship from?

Most orders ship from our main warehouse in Vancouver, Canada. We are currently expanding into a new US warehouse in Ohio, which means some US orders will begin shipping from there starting in Spring 2026. Regardless of which warehouse your order ships from, all orders are shipped duty free.

RETURNS

• Can I return sale items?

All regular-priced items are eligible for a full refund, exchange or store credit. Additionally, sale items can be exchanged to help ensure you find your perfect fit, whether that be a size or style exchange. Please note that if an item is marked as Final Sale, those items are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Can I return a Mystery Bundle?

Mystery Bundles are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• How long do I have to make a return?

We offer easy returns through our return portal for regular-priced or exchange items in unworn condition, with tags attached. Once your return is submitted, you’ll receive a USPS return label by email. For exchanges, we cover the cost of the return postage and to ship you your new size or style. For refunds, a flat return postage fee of $15 will be deducted. Please note that all original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• What condition does my return need to be in?

Your package must include all original packaging materials. We do not accept returns that have any body lotion, deodorant or markings of any kind. If the tags, liner or any part of the suit has been tampered with or damaged, we reserve the right to decline your return.
